SARS-defensible positions, properly documented and plainly explained.

Reports that a regulator, council or funder will read, in the format they ask for.

Some engagements answer to a third party as well as to you. The Legal Practice Council, a provincial gambling board, a government department or a donor each prescribes what the report must cover and when it must be lodged. We do this work every year, so the report arrives in the required form, on time, signed by the registered auditor who performed it.

What we handle, in detail

Regulated & statutory

  • Attorneys’ trust account audits under section 86 of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014
  • Audits and compliance reports for gambling licence holders
  • Body corporate and HOA audits under the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011
  • Sport, welfare and membership association audits under their constitutions

Public sector & funded

  • Agreed-upon procedures for public-sector entities, including SCM compliance (PFMA and MFMA)
  • Donor and grant close-out audits
  • Expenditure verification reports for funded programmes
  • Financial information for B-BBEE sworn affidavits (EMEs and qualifying QSEs)
